SIMPLE TRACKING

The tracking is designed to quickly and easily monitor your progress at the gym. When entering the values of a set, these values are automatically carried over to the following sets. You can easily determine the order of the exercises tracked by swiping. And of course, all entered values can also be changed.


PROGRESS TRACKING

You have access to the total weight moved or the average number of repetitions. In the workout overview, you also get a quick overview of your performance from the last workout compared to the penultimate workout.


KEEP TRACK

Your workouts can be filtered and sorted. The order of the exercises performed can be easily changed via drag and drop. You also have an overview of all completed workouts. Select a month and change a completed workout if you find an error in the entries.


MEASUREMENTS

In addition to workouts, you can also perform other measurements. Here too, ease of use was a priority. Simply create a new measurement with a name, a unit, and a value and save the measurement. The measurements can also be displayed in graphs and offer a quick overview of the development of your measurements in the overview.


SETTINGS

Pure Weight can also be customized to your preferences. For example, if you want the stopwatch to automatically start with the rest time created in the workout after each set, you can set this in the settings.
